Hello Families! This is the last weekly update for January, can you believe it.
—I would just like to clarify something, there has been misunderstandings about the costume deposit. The showcase fee you paid in Dec does not include the costume. That is the fee to help cover the cost of the school for the showcase and includes your 2 free tickets. The deposit for the costume is a separate payment and was due Jan 15th. I understand the confusion and am sorry for this. Next year there will not be a showcase fee, but everyone will just have to pay for their tickets. The rentals for schools are quite expensive with adding the janitor and security fees on top of that. So just bare with me this year as i must go with what was set-up before i took over. Thank you
—Please make sure to subscribe to the web-site for your emails. Next month all emails will go through the web-site so that you may archive any and all emails and updates for the studio. It will be much easier and also more helpful for you, the parents, if you are not sure if you received all the updates.
—I am having t-shirts with our new logo shipped in the next 2 weeks. If you would like one please see me to add your name to the order list. They will be approximately $16, i will know for sure by friday!!
—PLEASE DO NOT FORGET VISITATION is next week only (feb 1-5). All siblings must be seated and quiet while class is be conducted. also they must be supervised in the lobby at all times. Thanks for your understanding in this matter!
—Tilleen Meitzler and Lily Derstine were picked as the winners of the coloring contest!! And all the children who colored a picture received a lollipop. Congrats to them and all who participated. Our New contest is guessing how many candy hearts in the bag to win the entire bag. That will continue until valentines day!! See Miss Jens desk for this one. Good Luck
—If you want to see your childs costume or size being ordered see the book in the office or ask a teacher.
—Starting to get info and stuff together for our summer camp. If interested please remember register(free) earlier so i know how many to expect! I have alot of people who are interested in helping me this summer and i want this to be a great year and a great summer for the kids. I know alot of you know that i truly care about the kids here and want the best for them.
—NEW NEW NEW–I am putting together a week long Summer Cheerleading clinicfor all ages in June, as well as a cheerleading technique and conditioning class April-June. More info on this will be coming soon very soon.
—Adult jazz starts feb 4 and have quite a group to start with!! YEA!!
—Ballroom is up and running! The couples are doing great and we will be running a next course including swing starting March 5th!
