Just a quick note to let you know that musical theatre for the SUMMER session has been cancelled. The teacher had a family death and can no longer teach for us….But Mr. Blair will be back in the fall!! Also our new vocal teacher will be starting in sept. !!! And we will be doing special needs classes in music/voice. She can also teach beg. piano students, and will be available for private lessons. And we are still offering guitar and Ms. Finegan is still available for piano also.

Our new acro teacher Miss Christy started our summer acro and she has a lot of gymnastic background and her resume will be coming!! Lets all welcome her to our family.

Starting Monday July 26 we will be offering a Teen Jumps and Turns class at 7pm. You must be at least 13 and have cheer or dance backround. It will also consist of conditioning to gain strength, muscle, and control needed for jumping and turning. Special pricing is offered for this class, call for prices.

Fall schedule will be out the beginning of August, keep a look out. Some of the days will be changing due to teacher changes or sports calendars. All tuition prices and registration fees are staying the same this fall. Registration fees will be charged to all since no registration fees were charged for summer camp or summer dance. First child is $30 second child is only $15 this year.

hello Families!!

I hope everyone’s summer is going great for you all. I know you are busy But i wanted to remind everyone that summer dance classes start THIS WEEK. I have attached the schedule and the registration forms.

Just a reminder for Summer Dance…..Leotards and tights are needed. all correct shoes are not needed if your not sure your child is going to stick with a class. Hip-Hop can wear sweats or shorts and tank tops BUT NO ZIPPERS OR SNAPS ON PANTS ALLOWED..sneakers without black soles are allowed. Musical theatre class must wear comfortable clothes that they can move in.

We have a new hip-hop teacher named Ashley Crossin. She is a very sweet lady and has danced for years and in college. She has a child abuse clearance and was a teaching major in college. She will be teaching the summer program for us. She is local and even came to watch our showcase!! She was very impressed and i think she will be a great addition.

Our Summer camp has kicked off and is going great! We still have a few weeks with openings if you are in need of some help with the kids! Call the office.

Summer Dance classes start July 13 and registrations has started!! YOu can download the forms on the website and just mail them in or you can call or email me. Classes only run 5 weeks and is a great time to try new classes or just to keep up your form. Summer schedule is on the website, click on the forms and brochure (click here) to view and print.

I WILL BE ON VACATION JULY 3-10 AND WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE FOR ANY QUESTIONS OR CALLS SO PLEASE CALL PRIOR TO ME LEAVING IF YOU NEED SOMETHING! SOUTH CAROLINA HERE WE COME

Also pictures have arrived and are in the office and can be picked up from 12-6 this week and next.

Please keep an eye on the website and facebook for pictures and video of the showcase!

REMINDER–DRESS REHEARSAL IS FRIDAY AT 6PM BE THERE AT 5:45 IN FIRST COSTUME! Well Families this is one of the last newsletters for the year!! I cant believe how quickly this year went. I am so proud of how your children have grown this year and i am excited to see them perform at the showcase!!! Just a couple things before the end of the year:

The food/drink donation list is up in the lobby and i want to thank everyone who has donated an item!! This help keep costs down, which enable ticket prices to stay down. So thank you!! Christa LaSalle is in charge of this and her email is on the list for any questions.

Summer schedule is up and is in the lobby on the tv in the folders. This is a great time to just do a short program or try a new class. I have lots of new teachers just for summer to give them a different experience. I HAVE ADDED….vocal lessons, guitar lessons and piano lessons. If you would like any of these private lessons please call asap to be able to get the time that you prefer, as they are on a first come first serve basis. The new vocal teacher will be performing in the recital so that you may hear her sing….she is amazing!!

I HAVE ATTACHED THE PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE READ IT FOR ANY MISTAKES, AS OF FRIDAY IT WILL BE PRINTED AND NO CHANGES CAN TAKE PLACE!!!

WE need volunteers for the dressing room for the 1st half of the show and the second half of the show. If you would like to do this let me know asap to schedule this.

Mr. Blair is also in need of some old phones (not cellular) for the musical theatre number they are doing. If you have one we could use just for showcase please send it in with your child. thank you

Preschool please bring your towels in on wednesday!!

Hello Families:

Can you believe this is one of the last newsletters for the fall season! How time flies!! Just a note i am still finding families that have NOT subscribed to the web-site to get all the important emails!! This is a must for the upcoming season as no emails from this address will be going out in the future, they will come from the listserv email address!!! PLEASE REMEMBER TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE WEB-SITE

JUNE 5TH SHOW- Relay for Life show is June 5th at 3:15. Wear costumes and i am in need of a tent for the girls to be able to change in, if you have one and can set it up for an hour for the show it will be greatly appreciated!! Everyone being there will make it a success and your classmates are counting on you

Please make sure all tuition is paid by dress rehearsal!!! Dont forget WE WILL BE having class until June 18th!!! I will be handing out surprises and pictures and having mini-parties in class that week! Dont miss it!

Food Donation List-The list is up on the wall of the lobby and Christa LaSalle’s email address is also up if you have any questions. Christa is in charge of the refreshment tables so any questions should be directed to her. THANKS TO ALL YOU HAVE DONATED!!

Because of the 8th grade dance…Hip-Hop B will be running their dance at the end of dress rehearsal so please make sure you know YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE THERE UNTIL 8:30 for Hip-Hop B ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SUMMER CHEER CAMP-is filling quickly so if you want to reserve a spot please fill out a registration form and submit it quickly!! No payment is due until June 18th.

SUMMER CAMP-registration is going well and we have a good amount of kids coming…we are planning lots of activities, games and crafts. Let your kids be part of a nurturing one-on-one camp!! NO REGISTRATION FEE and NO FEE DUE until week prior to coming to camp!!

Hello Families!! A lot will be going on until showcase but i hope everyone is finding all the information that you need. All information has been coming out in the newsletters, web-site, and bulletin boards at the studio.

PICTURES are next week May 22nd from 10-2. Please make sure to check what time your class is scheduled and make sure you are here 15 min prior to that time. Pictures forms have been going out in class but if you did not receive one look on the top of the tv for folders containing ALL FORMS AND FLIERS!! There are no make-up times so please make sure your child attends pictures so that all the children are in the group shots that will be displayed at the showcase.

FOOD/DRINK DONATION LIST- A list will be going up in the lobby next week for you to volunteer to bring something for the refreshment tables at the showcase. Christa LaSalle is in charge and there will be an email address for you to contact her.

Tights- The last tight order has come in and everyone needs to pick up their tights. If you have invoices for unpaid tight/shoes they must be paid for by next friday. Please make sure your children are wearing REVOLUTION brand tights only! We want everyone to match for pictures and the showcase!

Memorial Day Weekend- We will be closed Friday May 28th-May 31st. Ballroom and Cheering will be held at normal times!!

Relay for Life June 5th 3:15- I have attached the list of who is performing in this show. Please make sure and be there if your class is scheduled to perform!!! We will have a portable dance floor and tent to dance under!! Bring water and your costumes!! Be there by 3:00pm at UPHS in the tent.

June- Please make sure all tuition is paid by showcase! you will be asked at the door at rehearsal is your account is not up to date. Thanks for the understanding in this. All classes will still be held until the 19th. we will be giving out pictures, awards, and ribbons that week. Regular tuition rates apply for June.

Summer Dance Schedule- Summer schedule is out and i have attached it for everyone for classes over the summer. It is a 5 week session and is $60 for 1 class or $100 for 2 classes. Other multiple class rates apply, please ask in the office for these rates. We will be having PIANO, VOCAL, AND GUITAR also available during the summer. I also have a new musical theatre teacher, just for the summer as Mr. Blair is doing Pippin’. She is very qualified and i have attached her resume also. She will be doing a theatre/musical theatre class, with more acting be added for the summer. She will also available for vocal, piano and theatre lessons. We have also added a new guitar teacher her bio will be coming soon. Please contact me soon if you wish to reserve a spot for summer, spots are limited for summer sessions. I am also interviewing new Hip-Hop teachers for the summer session and will be making a decision soon and letting you know who is teaching the summer class. I am excited with all the new teachers and being able to give the kids a variety and to meet new teachers!!! FALL information will be coming out in July…..look for it

Tickets are on sale now for Showcase. Buy them in the lobby!!! Also DVD’s of the showcase are available and order forms are in the form folders in the lobby.

In need of volunteers for during the showcase, if you would like to spare some time in the childrens room or at the food/drink table please let me know it is kindly appreciated!!

Cheer Camp- it is filling up quickly if you would like to reserve a spot do so soon!! No payment is needed until June 19th!!

Summer Day Camp- Registration is ending soon! We are flexible with you being able to pick 1-5 days and 4-8 hours a day!! We also can do drop-off’s with 24 hour notice and will be going to the pool everyday and swim lessons if they are registered! We have lots of fun activities planned with one-on-one care! why not bring your child someone there given attention and love because we care about every child!!

Hello Families!! Can you believe that it is May already and we are counting down to the June Showcase!! Please try and make sure your child(ren) are coming to their classes these last few weeks, it is a very important time!

Costumes are starting to come in and they will go out in class. If you have questions about your costume or accessories please call the office. Most costumes will need some kind of altering, like taking the straps up or taking in the side, so that they fit them properly please make sure to do so BEFORE pictures! Also if your child has gloves double sided tape works great so that they do not fall down.

Pictures are May 22nd from 10-2. The schedule is up on the bulletin board in the office. Come dressed and in make-up to the studio at least 15 min prior to your schedule time!! Forms are on the way now.

Tights-The last order for tights before pictures is going out on monday! You must order revolution tights so that all colors match please call the office asap if you have not ordered yours!!

Musical Theatre- They will be wearing their wells fargo costume for the group shot. you may choose to wear whatever costume you want for their individual photo. All payments for costumes must be made by picture day for your child to take theirs home.

JUNE 5TH-I have been asked by Relay for Life to perform at 3:15 on June 5th. I have happily accepted and will be sending some classes to the show to perform. I will let you know next week what classes are going but i will need to know if anyone is NOT available for that date, as i will want a great majority of the class available to perform. This is a great opportunity to perform and practice before the recital!! Please let me know asap if your not available. thank you

Summer camp registration deadline is approaching so make sure to get your form in before May 30th to register….we have lots of fun activities planned. I cant wait )
