Hello everyone!

PARENT OBSERVATION WEEK- is being held March 1-7?(tues-mon).? Please make sure if you are bringing siblings that they will be able to be quiet during the classes, we dont want the class disrupted as this upsets the classroom setting.? thank you
?
If you have any metal folding chairs that you would like to sell or donate, we need 2-4 for our advanced level dancers to use.?
?
I have a list on the office counter if you need to order tights or shoes, please fill out so that i can place an order for you.
?
Costumes have been ordered and i am receiving the shipping dates and they vary from 2 weeks- May 16.
?
Pictures are May 14 in the morning-afternoon. Picture make-up day has been scheduled for May 27th at 6-7pm for any late coming costumes. This date will not be available if we receive ALL our costumes on schedule.
?
JUNE SHOWCASE IS JUNE 11 AT 2PM Upper Perkiomen High School.
?
Please make sure your child has the proper shoes for class.? No slippers for ballet, they must be the leather ballet shoes, Jazz shoes with no laces, and white/black tap shoes.

Reminder:??Parent observation week is March 1st-7th.??

Costume balances are due this week.? If you have paid in full thank you!
?
June Showcase is?JUNE 11TH at 2pm at the?Upper Perkiomen High School.? Rehearsal will most likely be friday night from 6-9, that?will be approved soon.
?
Our?NEW cheer competition team is starting practices and setting up uniform orders and we are NOW setting up competitions.? If you are interested please call and reserve a spot even if you cant start right away!!
?
Our summer?camp info is coming soon, if you are a?dance student here you do not have a registration fee!!?We have lots of theme weeks and daily trips to the pool.? If you want your child with someone you know and knows cares about your child, then we are for you!!
?
Look for the competition letter to parents, if you didnt receive one make sure you ask for one!

Costumes are being ordered so make sure you have made your deposit or payment plans.? Balances are DUE February 19th.?

Thank you to all who pay their tuition on time, this?cuts down?on costs and make having a NO late fee a possibility!!

Competition meeting is?wed. at 7pm.? If you got the invite email i must have one parent attend.

WE WILL BE OPEN PRESIDENTS WEEKEND……THEY DONT HAVE SCHOOL BUT?WE ARE OPEN!!!

SHOWCASE DATE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED:? June 11th at 2pm at the Upper Perk HS

Hello Families:

I know?with all the snow parking is difficult, so if your child is old?enough?drop them off of front and have them?walk up.? If you are staying then main street is the?best place to park right now.? We all know our little town does not make parking easy anywhere in town.? Thanks for your patience.
?
Everyone should have costume deposits in?by now for your costume to be ordered, if not please call the office asap to set-up arrangements.
?
Cheer class has begun and if you are interested please let us know, as we are starting to discuss competitions for this year.??
?
YOu can make-up any classes missed at any time! you do not have to come a certain date.??We have open make-up classes until the end of the year.
?
I will be trying to opening on Wednesday, even with the storm and the possibility of no school or a delay, they say it will warm up by late afternoon.? PLEASE CHECK THE WEB-SITE OR EMAIL BY 3PM TO SEE IF THERE IS CLASS. I know tuesday may be a problem so again check the web-site. Booo snow stinks :)

Summer camp and After-School care information?will be going out soon. If you would like a place reserved for a small program where we care about your child individually, call us! Theme weeks, lots of crafts, pool, ice cream and movie trips!
?
Reminder:? Competition meeting for those who received the email…please check to see if you got one a few weeks ago.? Parents must attend the meeting!
?
I am waiting on the high school to give me an offical date for recital, as soon as i hear i will pass it along!

We will be open Martin Luther King Day for classes! Please Attend!!
?
Ballroom class starts friday and runs for 3 wks.? Beg class is at 7pm Int. class is at 8pm. $60 couple $30?ind.
?
Cheer/Compeitition class has started?saturdays at 9:30.? Drop-In rates are $12 a class!!?
?
Bring in any pictures you have?and put them in the photo albums in the lobby. Love?to see the kids and what you have captured!!
?
Costume deposits are due Jan. 15th.?and deposits must be made to have your costume ordered!!?Make sure your child has been measured! Solo costumes must be picked by the end of January, please come early to sit with your teacher to decide on a costume.
?
IF UP SCHOOL IS CLOSED DUE TO WEATHER, THE STUDIO WILL ALSO BE CLOSED TO ALL PROGRAMS!!
?
Pictures are tentitively scheduled for May 14th.? But waiting on confirmation from the photographer.

First Newsletter of the New Year!

Just a reminder that classes start this week and run a normal schedule.? We will not be closed for?Martin Luther King?Day. The studio?will be closed if UP school is closed due to snow. If we are closed due to snow, no?all day care is available.
?
Solo’s that have been reserved start this week to perform in the showcase. Payments are made directly to the teacher and are expected each class.? IF YOUR CHILD IS?ABSENT FROM THEIR GROUP CLASSES MORE THAN ONCE A MONTH YOUR SOLO WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO?CONTINUE THEIR SOLO CLASS.??GROUP CLASS?IS?WHERE TECHNIQUE IS?STRESSED AND ARE VITAL IN YOUR CHILD BEING ABLE TO CONTINUE THEIR SOLO.
?
STARTING THIS WEEK:Cheer Class starts saturday morning, call or email if you will be attending and will be competing.? Ballroom starts Friday for 3 weeks, call or email if you will be registering.
?
Note:?We will?be having some of our first classes attend a dance competition this year. An email will be sent out to?the kids/classes that are being invited to go.? Requirements: must have danced at least a year with us, ATTENDANCE?in class (to many missed classes and you will not be eligible), and showing that you are an example to your peers?with your passion and love of dance. Please look for this email about the meeting with the parents coming this week.? Solo’s will be available?to perform also ONLY if they are able to compete with their class. I want to stress that technique will always be first to me, not to just shake and smile!!!?
?
If your payment for December has not been received it will be due with January’s Tuition this week. thank you
?
***Also all the teachers and I would love to say?”Thank You” for all the christmas gifts.? They were?greatly appreciated and your kindness?is overwhelming :-)

Happy Holidays Everyone!!?

Just a reminder that the Winter Performance is sunday at 2pm!! Please be there by 1:30.? Bring a dessert and each child will be getting a gift from the Studio.?

Reminder that Showcase forms are due December 18th.? And costume deposits are due in January.? All children will receive a paper with the total?amount?due for their costume(s).?

WE WILL BE CLOSED DEC. 24TH-JAN. 2ND….ALL PROGRAMS AND CLASSES ARE CLOSED DURING THIS TIME.?

REMINDER…Cheer class is having and open house this sat. Please call if you are attending.?

I want to thank all my families who have given something to the family that is in need.? we have collected a good amount of gift cards and some food.? The UPCC and Pastor Buckley have also given to me for the family. THANK YOU :) )

Hello families:

Just a reminder?that i am still collecting gift card to walmart for the Keller family.? I have already had some people donate money and gift card and want to say thank you!!!? I will be collecting until the Winter Performance.
?
I have attached the dress code for the Winter Performance again.? The show is Dec. 19th at 2pm at the East Greenville Fire Co followed by a desert party at the studio.? If everyone could please bring something to share that would be wonderful.? TICKETS are on sale now in the office and are $4 prior and $5 at the door.
?
A new session of ballroom will start in sept. and i have attached that also.? A new beginner class has been added if we get enough interest we will have a beginner and intermediate level.
?
CHEER PROGRAM— a new cheer competition program is starting in Jan. and i have attached the flyer for this!!!!? Be part of a new program!!
?
Letters to Santa are in the hallway, make sure your child has their letter in to the office to be hung up!!
?
Measurements are starting in class so that in January costume orders can start to go in!!! Make sure you have turned in your showcase form by Dec. 18th.
