Spring has finally arrived We will be closed for Spring Break from Thursday 4/5-Monday 4/9. We will reopen on 4/10.

I have attached our summer camp info. Are you looking for something theme oriented? one-on-one? Inexpensive? Pick your weeks, hours and days? Then we are for you!!! Register early to hold a spot. We are limited in the amount children we will take to keep our program small and personal. Your child is not just a number to us

Our cheer program is expanding…Do you know someone in elementary, middle or high school looking for a recreational competitive team that doesnt cost an arm and a leg? Do you want a top High School coach with over 15 yrs experience? They will receive tumbling and cheer for the same monthly cost. Give us a try. See the attached flyer.

March tuition is now past due. Please remember tuition is due by the 15th of the month.

We will be sending home a packet of info for ALL the upcoming events and will cover everything you may need to know! Please look for it and ask your child for it starting next week.

Jackets, tshirt, and bags have been ordered and will delivered in 3 weeks (appox) We have decided to go with an embroidered and twill back and the difference is $2 but will NOT be silk screened to last alot longer you may pay this upon pick-up. We feel it is worth the difference to have it embroidered and they offered us a deal at $2 compared to $7 so we took it

Families:

Reminder: This thursday March 8th is the Free Master Tap class. Tap class will be held at 6-7:30 for all tap students and Teen Contemporary will be held at 7:30-8:30!! All other classes are being held at their regular schedule times.

Costumes are arriving now into May. Please make sure you try your costume on and that it fits. Exchanges cost $10 so please becareful before you want to return it!

All students are to wear the tights we order to match your costumes and classmates. We will start ordering in April.

Reminder: We are closed for Spring Break/Easter Thursday-Monday (april 5-9) We will reopen on tuesday April 10.

Orders for the jackets, bags and tshirts ends March 16th. We have trial jackets until THIS Friday only!!!! Competition class must have a studios on main shirt or jackets to wear to ALL perfomances!!

Competition class Fundraiser is here!! All competition class students are eligible to sell candles for your fees! You will receive $5 per candle. Check the office for the forms. Any extra funds fundraised will be used to order more mats for the acro competition program!!

Coloring Contest winner was picked last night by our teen group!! AND THE WINNER IS….. Sadie Diaz Runner up Shelby Moyer! your prize is in the office to pick up ) good job to everyone!!

We will be having classes on monday!!!

Costumes are starting to arrive and will to continue to arrive until May!

JACKETS- We have a new designed jacket for sale starting on monday and continuing until March 16th. All orders must be placed and paid for BEFORE that date so that they arrive in May. They are available in xxs child- xx large Adult. These are excellent quality jackets and we will be having a sample in the office come next week. Also SPECIAL competition class t-shirts can be ordered also and if you purchase both you can have FREE embroidery (your name) on the jacket!!

We still have openings available for guitar if you are interested. Contact the office for more info.

Mini-Cheer team will be forming in March please contact the office if interested.

Competition classes will be having a fundraiser coming in March. Info coming soon. Also competition class kids need to attend their classes. This is an important time for getting the dance’s done and having attendance is important!!

We are open for all classes on friday and monday!!

We have out of school camp days Friday and Monday. Fridays theme is Science Experiment Day and Monday is Spa Day. If you want to save a spot for $26 full day, $16 half day. Please email or stop by the office before friday. Flier is located on the door.

Costumes have been ordered and some will coming in the next month and some will not come until May. Our first picture day is May 12th, And Picture make-up day will be Wed. May 23rd at 7pm for late arriving costumes. PLEASE mark you calendar for both days just in case. We want all children in all group shots please!

Relay for Life is May 19th. Most classes will perform so mark you calendars.

ATTENTION THURSDAY TAPPERS!!!!! We will be having a guest teacher on March 8th. Mr. Jason will be coming and teaching the students a new style of tap for the day. March 8th schedule will be as follows:
5-6 int. contemporary 6-7:30 TAP – all levels 7:30 Teen contemporary. All other classes run on normal schedule. MAKE SURE YOU CHILD IS HERE TO ATTEND THIS CLASS. Mr. Jason is young, Energetic, and great with kids. He has a degree in musical theatre and also studies/teaches tap and jazz.

PLEASE make sure your child’s hair is up for all classes. It is important that they do not attend any classes with their hair down. Ponytails are ok for jazz, tap and acro only!! thank you

Hello Families!

Zumba is back and will be held Thursdays at 8pm cost $5 per class. Pay as you go!!

We are open Presidents day weekend for all classes!

We will be offering a special schools out days on friday and monday. I have attached the flier. Our theme will be Science Experiment and Spa Day.

For the families that donated to Victoria, thank you!! She was so excited and happy to get all the gifts and coudn’t decided what to open first. She is doing better and even took some steps (with help) at my house!! She has spent some time here playing on the mats and rolling and tumbling for rehab. She will be returning to the hospital next week to start her one year of chemo!

What a great year it has been so far and i am getting excited for the showcase in June.

Remember costume payments and showcase fees are both due this friday!! Please return the paper and money to the office. Once costumes have been ordered they can not be cancelled and are non-refundable!

NEXT MONDAY 1/16 we are open and have classes!!

CAMP DAY next monday will be offered with the Theme “American Idol”. They will write songs, make bands, perform and sing Karaoke!! Lots of fun with Miss Kristen. Hours are 7:30-5:30 $26 or 9-3 $16. Please register with an email or in the office for the day. Bring a packed lunch, water, and comfortable clothes. We will also offer 1/2 program for the 26th and 27th for $16 per day. call if interested.

BALLROOM starts this friday at 7-8pm! $80 couple or $40 individual. babysitting available for $2 a child.

New leotards, skirts, tights, and Logo wear is available starting today. sizes small child-med adult

Pre-pointe remember you must have shoes by Jan 30th to take pointe this year. The Rosin Box in Phila. is the place to be fitted the first time!! Carpool with others to help if your not familier with philadelphia.

Miss Breanna and Miss Hilary are returning to college so this will be there last week here to teach. They will be back to teach in May and June. Thank you girls.

January tuition is due by Jan. 15th to avoid late fees. We will start adding late fees of $5 in January, if you are more than a month late. Thank you for your understanding and thank you to all who pay your accounts on time, as this saves time and money.

ALL costume forms/payments are due January 15th!! Costumes must be ordered in January to be guaranteed delivery by May pictures. All costumes not ordered by January will be subject to a late order charge up to $25 and may not be received for pictures.

Boys hip-hop has begun and will accept new students for the next few weeks! If you have someone who wants a free trial class call or email asap.

Theatre class has openings and will be starting a new session now through June. Must register now to be included in this great program with our wonderful, patient, professional Mr. Blair.

Cheer class will have their first competition the end of January and uniforms are coming in this week. We wish them luck and anyone interested needs to talk to Miss Kristen asap. must have experience.

Fundraisers are due next week. Please bring in CASH only for Marilu. this is the last fundraiser for your costumes. Please take a minute to say…Thank you to Marilu for all the work with the fundraisers.

REMINDER…. Winter Informal Performance is this saturday the 17th at 2pm THE TICKETS HAVE THE WRONG DATE!! Be there at 1:30. Check the email with the subject Winter to know what to wear. Wear tights and hair in a bun for all except Hip-Hop you can wear a ponytail. MONDAY 7:30 ballet, ACRO, AND BOYS WILL NOT be in the show. ALL seats are $5 (5 and under free). Doors open at 1:30 at the East Greenville Fire co.

Cheer Uniforms have been ordered and will be here the beginning of January and their first competition will be the end of January. Good luck girls

Hello Families:
We have a lot of information coming to you today

Winter Informal Performance Tickets go on sale on monday the 12th. Tickets can be paid by cash only in the office or at the door. Cost is $5 pp and 5 and under free. There is no reserved seating.
NO ONE will be allowed in the hall until 1:30. Only teachers will be allowed there early. Please come to the fire house by 1:45 at the latest so that we may start on time. ACRO and BOYS HIP-HOP WILL NOT PERFORM THAT DAY. Please check you winter email for dress code. Preschool and beg combo please wear pink tights and ballet shoes with your dress and preschool remember your teddy bear. There will be a bake sale outside after the show.

Remember this is just to show you what they have been learning this year so nothing is perfected, so lets just support them with alot of clapping and praise. The show will last about and hour or so.

COSTUME forms are due with all money by Jan. 15th!!! No exceptions if you want a costume ordered or NOT. Boys will not have a costume but must return the form and showcase fee.

We will be closed from Dec. 24th-Jan. 2nd and will reopen on Jan. 3rd.

We have our last fundraiser started this week, Joe Corbis, and will end on Jan. 6th. Get the info and papers in the office.

We are welcoming our newest teacher Miss Sarah Benson who comes to us with lots of gymnastics experience. I am excited to add her to our faculty!! She is our new Acro/gymnastic teacher.

Candle orders are due today!!!!

Competition meeting held on wednesday has determined that we will be going to the same one as last year. The weekend of June 2-3. Please keep both days available until further notice!

Pictures will be held May 12th this year. All students are expected to come!!! HOld the date.

Relay for Life will be held May 19th this year, and most classes will perform except acro.

If you ordered anything from the newest Hoodies, pjs, yoga pants or bags, they will arrive Dec. 22nd come and pick them up that day please from 3-9!!!

If you have any questions about anything please email, call or stop at the office.

We are finalizing the dates for the Winter/Christmas Performance and hold the dates of Dec. 17th or 18th. Tickets will be available to purchase at the door. All info including place, time, and price will be announced soon.

Any Hometown Christmas info needed call or email the office. Please look on the door for the competition classes that will be performing at the studio that day for an open house. Dec. 4th at 2pm

Make sure you have received your costume info paperwork if you are performing in the Showcase in June or NOT!

WE WILL BE HAVING CLASSES ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY NEXT WEEK. Class make-up times are available if you email the office.
